Train your troops as a unit. Keep up the unit’s integrity. When a job comes up and you can do it, take your whole team. The job will be easier and your troops will be working as a team. Put your people in the jobs they do best. Then rotate them from time to time, that way they will learn to appreciate each other’s tasks as well. If a member of your team is missing others can do the job. But don’t permit another to do another’s job when that individual is around. Everyone pulls his load in the Young Marines.
