Keep your people informed:
Make sure your people get the word. Be known as the
"Leader with the straight information." Don't let one
of your people be part of the 10% that didn't receive
the information. Let your people have the portion
that they need to know, but make certain they have it.
Squelch rumors. Rumors create disappointment. Have
the integrity, knowledge, and dependability to keep
your people posted on what's going on in the world,
the country, and your organization.
