Set goals you can reach:
Don't send two of your people on a detail that calls
for five. Your people may be good but don't ask the
impossible. Know the limitations of your people and
only assign what you know can be done. Conversely,
when your people have a reasonable goal, they can
achieve it, and become proud of their accomplishment.
They've done something and done it well. Next time
they'll be able to tackle a little bit more. Don't
set sights over their heads; keep them on target.
