Knowledge and judgment are required to produce a sound decision. Include some initiative and the decision will be a timely one. Use your initiative and make your decisions in time to meet problems. If you find you have made a bad choice, have the courage to change it before any damage is done. But don’t change any more than you have to, this will confuse the troop.
