If one word can be used to describe Young Marines, that one word would have to be "dependable". Regardless of the obstacles they get the job done. To have someone say that once a job, mission, or assignment is given to a Young Marine and that the person giving out the assignment knows that this job will be completed is one of the greatest assets that any person can attest to. Dependability is not a one time deal, it takes endurance and stick-to-itiveness. People are deemed as leaders when others recognize that a person is dependable and cares about the quality of their work and the timeliness in getting a mission/job completed.
