Judgment is demonstrated by closely considering a range of alternatives and their consequences before you act. This comes with experience. It is simply weighing all of the facts in any situation, applying the 14 Leadership Traits, then exercise the best one. Until you acquire experience it will be hard for you to know the best move. Don't forget that there are sometimes other people that have the knowledge that can help you make an informed judgment decision. Seek these people out and you will find them. There is nothing wrong with seeking advice. The rule of thumb is: be fair.
