Justice is demonstrated by applying fair, consistent rewards and punishments to people you are dealing with. Never play favorites. Spread assignments around on an equal basis. Keep anger and emotion out of your decisions. Get rid of narrow views you may have against a particular race, creed, religion, gender, or section of the country.

Give everyone a chance to prove themselves. Do not judge people, it is not your place to do that. Help those who fall short of your standards, but keep your standards high.
