Know your job and what is expected of you. Master any training you receive and pass that knowledge on to those depending on you. When you don't know, don't bluff. It is alright to admit that you don't know something. When posed with a question that you cannot answer, simply state that you don't know but you will find out the answer and get back to them. Continually seek out knowledge and share what you have learned with others.
