Unselfishness:

Unselfishness is seeing to it that the needs of others are met before your own. For example you should always eat last. You should never ask anyone to do something that you would never or could never do. Share hardships, discomforts, and lessons learned with others. While rank has its privileges, don't let rank cause you to become selfish. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
